Distribution and resale
Become a distributor
We are looking for distributors who buy and resell Parthenia in a defined territory across Europe. What you get that no other Italian coffee brand hands you is an argument: verified tap-water hardness for the cities you sell into, published with the utility named, and a blend matched to each one.

The argument you can actually use in a meeting
Selling Italian coffee against other Italian coffee usually comes down to price and a story about a family. We give you a second axis. Walk into a café in a hard-water city and you can show them their own utility's number, explain what high alkalinity does to acidity, and name the blend built for it. It is checkable while you are standing there, which is the opposite of how coffee is usually sold.
Distributor or sales agent — they are different roles
A distributor buys stock and resells it on their own account. A sales agent introduces us to venues and is paid commission on what they bring, without holding stock. Both exist here and the pages are separate on purpose: applying for the wrong one wastes a conversation.
What we ask from you
Existing routes into cafés, restaurants or delicatessens in your territory, the ability to hold stock, and a market you know better than we do. We would rather have one distributor who owns a region than five who each touch it.
Formats
- Whole beans · 1 kg01
- Whole beans · 250 g02
- Ground · 250 g03
- ESE pods04
- Capsules05
Pods and capsules are compostable. Aluminium is somebody else's argument.
What happens when you write
- You tell us where you are and how you serve. The recommendation starts from the water in your postcode, so the city matters more than the volume at this stage.
- We reply with the conditions: minimum order, lead times, formats and how to get samples. In the first reply, not after three emails.
- If the fit is not there, we say so straight away. A supplier who spends your time before telling you no has cost you more than one who never answered.
Questions we get asked
- Is the territory exclusive?
- That is a conversation, not a policy — it depends on the territory and on what you commit to. Ask us directly and you will get a straight answer rather than a form letter.
- How is this different from being a sales agent?
- A distributor buys and resells on their own account. An agent introduces and earns commission without holding stock. If you want the second, the sales agent page is the right one.
- Which markets are open?
- We publish verified water data for cities in Italy, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Ireland and Bulgaria, and we serve the European Union. Territories are open.
Tell us your territory
Say which region you cover and what you already sell into it. We will tell you what the water in your cities looks like and whether the fit is real.
