Three sirens, three waters
The sirens of the Tyrrhenian were three, and they are named in the sources: Parthenope, Leucosia, Ligeia. One drowned and became Naples. We gave each of them a water.
The logic
Three bands, three roasts
Two numbers in your water shape the cup: hardness, which carries body and weight, and alkalinity, which buffers acidity. The SCA Water Chart calls water low in both weak, sour and sharp, and puts high-alkalinity water in its flat and chalky zones. We sort cities by hardness band and built one blend for each: different roasts, different cuts. The match is our recommendation, not a measured rule.
