Three sirens, three waters
The sirens of the Tyrrhenian were three, and they are named in the sources: Parthenope, Leucosia, Ligeia. One drowned and became Naples. We gave each of them a water.
The logic
Three bands, three roasts
Hardness decides how much the water pulls out of the coffee. Below 8 °dH it takes little and the cup stays thin; above 14 it carries body but flattens the top end. That is where the three blends start: same origin, different roast and different cut.
